In follow up to Scott's email with Agenda below, please find attached the
materials for today's call. While there will not be a PowerPoint for
today's presentation, the attached articles provide interesting reading and
background information regarding Mr. Bittle's presentation: “*How Can
Insurance Coverage be Affected by Contracts Outside the Policy Itself?*”
Mr. Bittle is a Partner with Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP
in Dallas, TX, and heads the firm’s insurance practice, representing
businesses, governmental entities, and individuals in disputes concerning
insurance coverage, indemnity claims, construction or manufacturing
liability, and other matters.  Mr. Bittle was the lead editor and chapter
author for the ABA book, REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS: INTERPRETING INSURANCE
POLICIES IN COMMON LAW JURISDICTIONS (2016).   He has been elected a Fellow
in the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC)
and has been named a Texas *Super Lawyer *in insurance law every year since
2012.
