Everyone:



So Cary and Scott have both 'flown the coop', and will not be able to attend today's  committee conference call.  However, fear not, today's monthly conference call will begin at noon as usual.  And we have a great CLE planned for everyone!  Attached for today's conference call are the following: (1) Agenda; (2) PowerPoint Slides for the CLE Presentation; (3) an IRMI Article on Category 3 Water Exclusions; (4) some insurance specs in Word Format; and (5) a bio for our speaker.



Our speaker for today's presentation is David J. Dybdahl, CPCU, ARM, MBA.  Mr. Dybdahl is the founder and president of American Risk Management Resources Network, LLC, in Middleton Wisconsin. He specializes in environmental risk management and insurance serving as an independent wholesale insurance broker/technical resource/consultant/expert witness. He has over thirty years of hands on experience in the placement of environmental insurance including; creating the first Contractors Pollution Liability policy in 1986, placing insurance wrap-ups on the decommissioning of nuclear weapons facilities in the United States and on the containment operations of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.  His presentation will cover environmental insurance coverage issues for real estate and construction projects.  Mr. Dybdahl's presentation is titled " The Contemporary Effect of Pollution Exclusions and State of the Art Environmental Insurance Solutions in Real Property Transfers, Construction, Development, and Management."
