                You’ll see below an email from Jamie Spargo, associate editor, Legal Publications, The Florida Bar, seeking authors for the updates to several chapters of the 8th edition of the  Florida Real Property Litigation manual. Could you please distribute this to your committees and ask interested committee members to contact Mr. Spargo?   I am working on the 8th edition of the Florida Real Property Litigation manual and I am in need of five new authors. I have included the titles of the chapters needed someone, if you could please pass it along to the executive council or committee members to see if anyone would be interested, I would greatly appreciate your help. The chapters would not need to be re-written, just updated with applicable new case law and checking the citations for accuracy. They may add to the chapter if they feel necessary.  The updated chapters would be due to me on or before October 26th.

Chapter 6-B: Reformation, Rescission, And Cancellation Of Instruments And Agreements
Chapter 7-A: Service Of Process Under F.S. Chapter 49
Chapter 9: Enforcement Of Restrictive Covenants
