Attached are the following: (1) Agenda for the monthly call scheduled for
Monday, October 19, 2015, beginning at Noon; (2) Minutes from our September

Monday's CLE speaker will be Mark A. Boyle, Esq.  He is the managing partner
of Boyle Gentile & Leonard, P.A., in Fort Myers, Florida.  And as many of us
are familiar, Mr. Boyle is a renowned insurance coverage attorney in
Florida, and has spoken and written numerous times on a multitude of
insurance coverage topics.  As you may recall, Mark successfully argued the
ground breaking J.S.U.B. and Pozzi Window cases before the Florida Supreme
Court in 2007, which had national ramifications.

 

Mark's presentation is titled: "Coverage under Commercial General Liability
Policies" and his presentation will also focus on coverage issues for
additional insured status.
