I hope everyone is having a great weekend.  Please see the updated bio for
Nancy Rich below and her presentation materials attached for our monthly
call scheduled for tomorrow at Noon.

Nancy J. Rich represents clients in complex matters under environmental and
common law including Superfund, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and
environmental toxic torts. Nancy devotes a significant portion of her
practice to counseling corporate, utility, local government and financial
institution clients in major transactional matters. She advises clients on
Brownfields and other environmental matters in real estate, analyzes and
negotiates environmental insurance policies, and implements compliance and
defense strategies in Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) matters. Her
work on environmental sustainability projects includes advising clients on
alternative energy issues and contracts.  A prolific writer, Nancy has
authored numerous publications, including a comparative analysis of state
Superfund laws and a law journal article addressing the Clean Air Act.

Folks,

This is a reminder that our monthly call is scheduled for Monday, November
16, 2015, beginning at Noon.  

We also will have an in-person meeting this Friday, 11/13/15, from 8 AM - 9
AM, as part of the RPPTL Section's Executive Council Meeting in Boca Raton
where we will discuss planning for CLE's in 2016.  The Executive Council
Meeting will be held at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, FL
from November 11-15, 2015.  Attached is a schedule of all committee meetings
- anyone who is a member of the RPPTL Section is welcome to attend any of
the committee meetings.

Also attached are the following: (1) and Agenda for our November 16th call;
and; (2) Minutes from our October 19, 2015 Meeting.  Monday's CLE speaker
will be Nancy J. Rich, Esq., a Partner with the law firm of Katten Muchin
Rosenman LLP, in Chicago, IL.   Ms. Rich will speak to us about
"Environmental Insurance."   I will send out a separate e-mail with a more
detailed bio for Ms. Rich along with her presentation materials for Monday's
