Title: 2015 Legislative and Case Law Update

 

Monday's presentation will be given by Fred R. Dudley, Esq., a partner with
the firm: Dudley, Sellers & Healy, P. L. in Tallahassee.  Mr. Dudley will be
giving his annual legislative update regarding legislature passed bills that
are likely to be of interest to Committee members.  Time permitting after
the conclusion of Mr. Dudley's report, we will also have an insurance case
law update provided by Michael G. Meyer, Esq., an associate with the firm
Redding & Brown, P.A. in Tampa.  The following cases cited below may be
covered by Mr. Meyer during the presentation and are attached herewith.
