In preparation for our call at Noon, below is a brief description of our speaker, Bennett Miller, Esq.:
Bennett M. Miller is a shareholder in the firm of Dunn & Miller, P.A. Over a fifteen year legal career, Mr. Miller has gained a broad base of experience in criminal, civil, appellate and administrative law matters. A former criminal prosecutor for the State of Florida,  Mr. Miller also has civil trial experience directly advising business clients as a first chair litigation attorney with an "AV" rated law firm where he focused on the areas of real estate transactions and fraud. While at the State of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Mr. Miller served as Chief Prosecutor for the Division of Real Estate and also in an investigative capacity as the Deputy Director of the Division of Regulation. Later, Mr. Miller was associated with an international law firm's real estate and community association practice in Naples, Florida before returning to Tallahassee and government service.  Mr. Miller has previously served as Board Counsel to the Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers. During the 2012 election cycle, Mr. Miller acted as Senior Attorney for the Department of State, Division of Elections.
Throughout his career, Mr. Miller has been a frequent speaker before attorneys and legal practitioners on a variety of topics, including legal ethics, election fraud, business licensing, and Stop-Work Orders.
Mr. Miller is 1999 graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he represented all law students nationally as National Chair of the American Bar Association's Law Student Division. Mr. Miller obtained his undergraduate degree in 1990 from the University of Tulsa.  Before law school, Mr. Miller pursued a career in media.
