Everyone:

Attached is the White Paper that Rob Friedman prepared regarding the pending legislation regarding Post-loss Benefits of Insurance Benefits for Residential Property Repairs or Replacement.  Please review and be prepared to comment and vote on during our monthly call scheduled for Monday, March 17, 2014, beginning at noon.  Once a White Paper is approved by  the Committee, we will circulate to other committees for comment.

Time permitting, we will also have a case law update on some recent insurance-related cases.

The agenda and copies of the cases will be circulated prior to the call.  Many thanks to Rob for preparing this White Paper.
