[Liability Insurance] Florida Bar RPPTL Insurance & Surety Committee Call Rescheduled to Monday, February 24, 2014

Everyone:

I hope you are having an enjoyable weekend.  Since Monday is Presidents' Day and the Courts and some firms are closed, we are rescheduling the Monday call to the following week, Monday, February 24, 2014.

There are several pending insurance-related bills in the Florida Legislature that Fred Dudley will report on.  Also, Trey Goldman will provide an update on the Biggert-Waters Act (Federal Flood Insurance) legislation pending in Congress.

This should be a very informative call that will educate us on matters affecting our clients.  An agenda and materials will be circulated next week.
