Attached are: (1) Agenda for the monthly call scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2013; (2) Minutes from the August 19, 2013 Telephone Conference; and (3) Materials for Monday's CLE Presentation.

The CLE Presentation is titled "Pozzi and JSUB in the wake Auchter and progeny" and will be presented by Patrick J. Poff, Esq., a shareholder in the Tampa office of Trenam Kemker. Mr. Poff is a Florida Board Certified Construction Lawyer and the current Chair of the ABA's Forum on the Construction Industry, Division on Insurance, Surety & Liens (Division 7).
