The presentation is titled: "Nowhere to Run, Nowhere to Hide - The Emerging Trend in Insuring Indemnity Obligations."  Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable and well respected in this area.  This topic will be very relevant to litigators and transactional lawyers alike since nearly all of the contracts that we deal with have indemnification and defense provisions.  The key is whether those provisions are properly insured.
