[Liability Insurance] Fwd: Section 627.4135

Everyone:

Attached is a recent case regarding section 627.4135 that I received from Michael Gelfand.  The Second DCA held that the failure to provide the requested insurance information was a material term of a settlement agreement, the failure to provide rendered the settlement agreement unenforceable.
