Marsh & McClenan Companies, Inc. et al.  decision; and (4) a copy of an article by Mark Smith regarding the Economic Loss Rule.

The CLE presentation will be a discussion by Mark Smith on the Florida Supreme Court landmark Tiara  decision which has changed the application of the Economic Loss Rule in Florida.   This is a significant decision with respect to bringing negligence actions in breach of contract cases and the possible impact on triggering CGL insurance coverage.
