Mark Boyle of Boyle, Gentile, Leonard & Crocket, PA, who represented the defendant in the Axis Surplus case, will discuss the case and its implications in detail.  This case is extremely important for all lawyers and clients because there Judge John Antoon, II of the Middle District held that the injury-in-fact theory, as opposed to the manifestation theory, is the appropriate trigger theory for recovery in Florida.
