Everyone:

Since Monday, September 17th is the Jewish Holiday, Rosh Hashanah, we will move the call to the next scheduled meeting, Monday, October 15, 2012.  The Agenda and Speaker will stay the same.

Attached are: (1) Agenda for the monthly call scheduled for Monday, September 17, 2012; (2) Minutes from the August 20, 2012 Telephone Conference; (3) A bulletin from Citizens Insurance regarding its Surplus Notes Depopulation Program, which was brought to our attention by Jay Mussman; (4) A copy of the current Insurance Matters, the Insurance & Surety Committee Newsletter prepared by Scott Pence; and (5) PowerPoint slides for Monday's CLE Presentation, which will be presented by Rich Scislowski, Senior Research Analyst, Insurance Risk Management Institute ("IRMI"). The presentation is titled "Certificates of Insurance."  Rich is very familiar with this subject and the presentation will be beneficial to all.
