The present will be Patrick J. O'Connor, Jr., and his presentation is
titled "Business Interruption Insurance."  Pat is the Co-Author on the
Six Volume Treatise "Bruner & O'Connor on Construction Law.  For those
practicing Construction Law, it is a must-have treatise.  It also has
wide application to all areas of contract law and insurance.  Attached
are excerpts from Chapter 11 - Insurance of Pat's treatise.  Pat is a
