<p class="MsoNormal">My apologies for multiple emails, but attached is a revised agenda for our upcoming meeting next Thursday. If you recall from our last meeting, there was a discussion regarding service on unknown parties in possession and a subcommittee
was formed to research and provide a possible remedy for this issue that was the subject of two Florida cases.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The subcommittee was led by Mark Brown and includes myself, Chip Waller, Kris Fernandez, Jeremy Cranfield, Chris Sajdera, Kristen Jaiven and Terrence Harvey. Quite impressively, the subcommittee went right to work and completed its research
in just over two months and has drafted proposed legislation that is now ready for discussion by the full committee so it has been added to our agenda for next week. A copy of the statute is attached to the revised agenda. Please review the proposed statute
and come prepared to discuss it at the meeting. I look forward to seeing you all.<o:p></o:p></p>
