<p class="MsoNormal">I have an estate in which two of the assets are pieces of real property that have HAP contracts. The County has sent out termination notices for the HAP Contracts because the owner died. The tenants also got notice they must move. The
County is saying that the Estate cannot get a HAP contract and only the beneficiary of the Estate can register with the County for a HAP contract.. But timing is an issue here. The County is telling the two elderly tenants they need to move out this week.
I spoke with someone that said they could continue to live in the property until March, and the back payments can be received by the new owner. But I have nothing in writing stating this. I am waiting for a call back from the County.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone dealt with this issue? Any thoughts?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We published Notice to Creditors in 12/17/20. Do you think the Court would consider a partial distribution of these properties prior to the end of the creditor period?<o:p></o:p></p>
