<p class="MsoNormal">Also attached, you will find redlined drafts of the Florida Supreme Court leases for both single family/duplex and apartment/multifamily rentals. The redlines are comprehensive changes from the original 2009 version that is still available
for download on the Florida Supreme Court website, and reflect changes that have been vetted by our committee, the Condo-Planned Development Committee, as well as the Florida Realtors and the Housing Umbrella Group (HUG).

<p class="MsoNormal">Given the number of revisions since this started, we would like to provide the Leasing Committee members with the final opportunity to review and comment on these changes before the meeting on December 4<sup>th</sup> since this discussion
may be more involved than we have time for during the joint committee meeting. <u></u>

<p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Therefore, we have scheduled a Zoom meeting specifically and only for discussion of the revised lease forms to get any final committee concerns vetted before the Round Table Agenda at the Disney meeting. The meeting will be held on
<span style="background:aqua">December 1, 2020 at 2pm via Zoom</span>. A link to the Zoom meeting room will be distributed the day prior to the meeting. Please review the revisions and be prepared to discuss any concerns at that time as
it will be our final opportunity to discuss this matter. <u></u><u></u></p>
