 expanded to the multifamily industry.  One of our clients was sent a demand letter despite the fact that its website was already in compliance.  When I responded that the client’s website fully complied, that was the last we heard from the demand attorney. 
 Makes me wonder if due diligence is being done before the demand letters are sent.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
