impacted by this case will discuss the opinion’s impact on the drafting of renewal clauses in leases.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Finally, it is quickly approaching the 10 year anniversary of the Supreme Court of Florida’s authorization of fill-in-the blank residential lease forms for use by non-lawyers and real estate licensees throughout Florida. If you wish to
serve on a sub-committee that will be looking at revisions to the (1) Residential Lease for Single Family Home and Duplex (for a term not to exceed one year), and the (2) Residential Lease for Apartment or Unit in Multi-Family Rental Housing (Other than
