<div dir="ltr"><div>Landlord evicts tenant from residential single family home for non-payment of rent. When sheriff executes writ of possession, landlord discovers that tenant had created two efficiency apartments on the property. The sheriff refused to execute the writ of possession on the two newly discovered efficiency apartments.
