us that there are tax and liability considerations, but we are trying to come up with a workable solution for the property and/or reiterate why we should not adopt these policies. Property management wants to include a late fee of $100 on the 4<sup>th</sup>
of each month and $5 each additional day rent is delayed. They also want a clause requiring residents to keep their slip-lease for the duration of their residential lease and require that non-residents give a 60-day notice to vacate. I added these to our
existing addendum, in track changes, for your review. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
