This will be more of a consumer-level program (as contrasted with a CLE for lawyers who routinely practice in the real estate area). Katie Lupo will be chairing this CLE, and she has prepared the attached outline of topics. The number besides each topic indicates the time allowed for the presentation on that topic (for example, the first topic - whether to purchase or lease office space - will be covered in 15 minutes).
