<div>Does anyone have any information on FCRA cases against a landlord or against a debt collector (furnisher) that reports charges to CRA when the landlord didn’t send a notice of intent to withhold security deposit (which the tenant did not have 15 days
to dispute), then send the debt to the collection agent based on the move out sheet (which is usually attached to the intent to withhold letter/notice).</div>
