<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:#993366">I hope you don’t fix your car like you fixed Chapter 83, it is a disaster full of knee jerk reactions that turn out to be real screw-ups. Example, 83.49 exempts landlords with 4 or fewer rentals.
Those are the biggest violators of 83.49 and there is no penalty for failure to comply with any part of 83.49 except Certified Mail for intent to make a claim on security deposit. I could go on but it wouldn’t do any good.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
