Grissett, 556 So. 2d 473, 475-76 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990) </div><div><br></div><div>If the tenant is joined as a defendant in the foreclosure and is foreclosed in the judgment, then his/her tenancy is terminated once the foreclosure sale occurs.
