<div>Dear list mates, </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Individual received tax deed signed and filed by Clerk about 3 weeks ago.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Home has items in it as though someone may have been (or be) occupying.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>83.59 seems to control BUT no way to know if tenant surrendered possession, or if tenant notified prior landlord/owner in writing of an intended absence.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Any suggestions on next steps such as how to get a writ of possession ( to avoid risk person might come back claiming rent paid and notification to prior owner landlord)? Anyone have possession issues after tax deed?</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Thank you.</div>
