<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Rick Taylor and myself worked on this revision. The reason I started on this was to eliminate the right to trial by jury if you only request possession. I could not gain a consensus with the Problem Study Committee
that it would be Constitutional to eliminate the right to trial by jury. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
