charge more to have the dog. In the cases I did the tenant/disabled person did not own the dog and the dog could be recalled at any time (usually if the dog bit someone justified or not). The guide dog schools picked up the dog from the “disabled person”
and replace the dog with one that is better trained. When I get another case I will do more research on this. But I don’t think that the dog can be disruptive unless the law has changed.

reasonable accommodation require landlord and other tenants to suffer the barking dog when it wouldn’t fly but for the service tag? Can landlord use a seven-day notice? Thanks for any replies.
