Upon closer examination, however, we will see that, while the systems may be new, the methods are not. Please join us as Ralph DeMeo discusses the continued viability of the green building movement and evaluate the risks, rewards, incentives, and costs of green leases by focusing on the differing perspective of the tenant and the landlord. </span><br> <br>Ralph A. DeMeo is a Shareholder with Hopping Green & Sams, P.A. and practices environmental, land use, administrative, health and safety, and animal law, with an emphasis in civil and administrative litigation. He is a former college English professor, and currently is an adjunct professor of Legal Studies at Tallahassee Community College, and of Environmental Policy in the Environmental Sciences Institute at Florida A&M University.
