[RPPTL Leasing Committee] Lead Paint Disclosure Requirements for Renovated Structures

Hello leasing lawyers!

Does anyone know if the lead paint disclosure requirements will still apply to newly created residential units in a building that was constructed before 1978, but was completely gutted and renovated removing all drywall (basically to the shell concrete exterior)?
