[RPPTL Real Estate Leasing Committee]

I have your typical small claims case filed by an attorney where my client failed to send out the Notice of Intention to Impose Claim on time.

The attorney is also suing under FS 559 for some reason along with the usual FS 83.59 claim.

While we hope this can be settled for the usual return of the deposit and payment of reasonable attorneys’ fees, if it does not, the client needs an attorney who is experienced in dealing with FS 559.
