Danny is very good. Former FREC prosecutor I believe.
Can also try Randy Schwartz. Former FREC prosecutor, former Florida Realtors GC, and currently FREC commissioner. (407) 579-9732.

Harry,
I handle these matters but I am currently in-house. However, This person is my go-to for complex FREC/DBPR matters where I need a second opinion. He helped me with a very complicated matter last year, and I was happy with his expertise.

I’m looking for a firm or person that handles more complex issues regarding brokerages and licensing laws. Right now I have a convoluted situation where there is a brokerage as a partner in a development, another entity as the other partner, they will need to have a person handling leasing and they need to know how to do this legally since a commission rather than salary will be paid. (it’s actually more complicated but that is the short version).
Anyone handle real estate licensing situations/laws regarding real estate brokers? These come up occasionally and we would like to refer out. We also are seeing more where brokers are acting for multiple franchises owned by others, companies are spinning off management companies, and this is not our area of law.
Thanks,
Harry Heist
