I'm looking for a firm or person that handles more complex issues regarding brokerages and licensing laws. Right now I have a convoluted situation where there is a brokerage as a partner in a development, another entity as the other partner, they will need to have a person handling leasing and they need to know how to do this legally since a commission rather than salary will be paid. (it's actually more complicated but that is the short version).

Anyone handle real estate licensing situations/laws regarding real estate brokers? These come up occasionally and we would like to refer out. We also are seeing more where brokers are acting for multiple franchises owned by others, companies are spinning off management companies, and this is not our area of law.

Thanks,

Harry Heist
