I don't believe there are any issues with that. In fact, take a look at F.S. 83.46(3), it specifically deals with that situation

Client will have an employee at its Florida home for a period of time while taking care of client’s affairs in Palm Beach County and would like employee to sign lease for that period. Can you see any issues making the leasehold contingent on the term of employment, i.e., if tenant leaves employment the lease term ends and employee must leave or otherwise be evicted
