Subject: [RPPTL LandTenCL] RPPTL Advanced Commercial Leasing Symposium - Call for Speakers

Hi everyone.  The Real Estate Leasing Committee is planning to hold an advanced commercial leasing symposium and we are in need of volunteer presenters.  This will be a fully pre-recorded seminar.  The presentations will be professionally recorded (like the Legislative Update last year and Real Estate Certification Review Course). All presenters will be recorded separately and the only other person who will be in the room is the videographer who will be observing all safety protocols.  Session recordings can be held either during the last week of March and first week of April, according to your availability. Alternatively, we can schedule this seminar later in June with recordings to be held at the Hammock Beach Executive Council meetings.  This will be determined once we have identified a full slate of speakers.  There are already a few who have committed to topics (insurance, assignment/subleasing, work letters, default/bankruptcy).

We would like for this seminar to offer about 12 CLE hours.  Below is a rough outline of the proposed topic identified where we still need speakers. Please review and let me know if you are interested in speaking on one of these topics or you have any alternative topic suggestions.
