[RPPTL Leasing Committee] CARES Act 3 or 30

I’m in a huge national group of landlord/tenant law attorneys and a few still feel that if a property is CARES covered, the 30 day should be used, even on post July 25 rent.
At some point, it seems absurd to keep using the 30 day and most attorneys in Florida don’t take the 30 day position.
Any ideas? Some of the out of state ones are taking the position that the Act has no real expiration.
