 #4 of the affidavit is going to be our crux for non-pay evictions going
forward, assuming the judges and sheriffs are still processing evictions.

Conduct based evictions are still on the table, and non-renews are still on
the table (?). We're still proceeding with evictions under the new
framework (for tenants months and months behind). There's no reason to
think the moratoriums will end by January 1 and who knows what new
protections will be put in place after the election.
