Good morning all,
I am representing a commercial tenant in a shopping center that has been trying to get its landlord to fix roof leaks going on two years now. The lease is a typical commercial lease and does not give tenant self-help rights. Any suggestions
as to possible remedies other than rent abatement?
Thanks
Manny
