What is the recourse against a landlord who sends out a 3 day letter?
Does anyone know whether mobile home parks with land leases where lessees own their units falls into a “covered dwelling?”

(A) participates in—
(i)

(ii)
the rural housing voucher program under section 1490r of title 42 <https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/42/1490r> ; or
(B) has a—

The consensus amongst most attorneys around the country is that after July 26, you cannot give a 3 Day Notice and you would need to serve a 30 Day Notice meaning that the soonest you could file on nonpayment of rent on a CARES covered property would be after August 25.

Second question, how can we determine if the mortgage on the property is: is purchased or securitized by the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation or the Federal National Mortgage Association?
