Is it consensus between the members that if your property is a “covered property” under 15 US Code 9058, then you cannot file an eviction action or serve a notice to vacate until the expiration of the moratorium (120 days from 03/27/2020)?

Second question, how can we determine if the mortgage on the property is: is purchased or securitized by the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation or the Federal National Mortgage Association?
