I like it.
My only suggestion would be to change “notice of rent due” to “statement of rent due”

Subject: [RPPTL LandTen] Covered Property

Do you all feel it is safe for the landlord, under the Act to give a tenant a Notice of Rent Due/Statement that simply tells them what is owed on a COVERED property?

Not a demand for payment. No deadline. No demand to vacate. No late fees. No penalties. No other charges.

I attached a sample.
