[RPPTL LandTen] Leasing Committee Conference Call Discussion on Lease Issus Relating to COVID-19 - Friday 3/27/2020

I don't really have any special knowledge to offer myself up as a speaker,
but we need to add dealing with Condo Associations to the discussion. Many
of the calls I have gotten this week relate to Association Board "emergency
rules" that go so far as to refuse ANY guests (even a kid coming home from
school or a boyfriend/girlfriend who has been around forever, or an
approved housekeeper) or which are just refusing to consider applications
for leases or purchase. The emergency authority of the Associations is a
huge issue for landlords AND tenants.
