This one is pretty much a no-brainer.  To make this deletion completely
vitiates the language requiring the payment in the first place.  It has to
stay in, otherwise the provision has no purpose.

 

Scary to think of who is responsible for drafting some of the proposals . .
.

which was just introduced this week.  This bill seriously impacts how
evictions will proceed so I thought it would be a good idea to get comments
from all of you who practice in this area in advance of the Section taking a
position on this.
