[RPPTL LandTen] Recommendation for Property Damage Expert

Gentlepersons,

Many cases I deal with involve a dispute as to whether damages to rental property are beyond normal wear and tear, and determining the costs to repair damages.  I am looking for someone who can inspect a property and testify as an expert regarding these issues.  Does anyone have any recommendations on a specific person/company, and if not, could you point me in the right direction?
