I reaching out to you for assistance on addressing a serious client issue.  (YOU SHOULD REPLY TO ME AND NOT TO THE LISTSERVE, so we aren't sending the listserve a bunch of unwanted emails.)

I have a potentially violent (mentally unbalanced) tenant at a MIA community.  The prop is so worried about him that it has hired armed security guards for the on-site leasing office.  The police are useless at this point, as the tnt was Baker Acted but released.  My client has requested a referral to a MIA atty familiar with the criminal and civil processes to

  1.  Assist with restraining orders, etc.
  2.  Assist with any criminal charges, etc.
  3.  Assist with filing a civil action to include immediate injunctive relief.  He isn't damaging any property so L/T Act injunctive relief seems unlikely.

My client wants advice on what if any of these remedies (or others) may be available to it.  I'm out of my depth here
