This is the House Final Bill Analysis we discussed today.

The relevant provisions are the third bullet on page 1 and the Local Ordinances, Building Perms and Sign Requirements section on Page 15.

My understanding is the Governor signed on June 23 and when I look at the state website 553.79(20) has been added.
