Hi,
I discovered after obtaining a Final Judgment that the defendant has
aliases that weren't included in same. The Final Judgment does not
contain the Defendant's SSN, which I discovered later and plan to
include in the Writ of Garnishment. Does anyone know if it is improper
at this point to include the SSN and alias names in the Writ in case the
defendant opened an account under a pseudonym? Or do I have to move to
get this FJ amended to reflect this information first?
