[RPPTL LandTen] Processing Fee for Three Day Notice

I have a client who wants to start charging tenants for the cost of serving
a three day notice.

Provided the lease has a clause authorizing this charge, separate from a
late fee provision, do any of you foresee problems with this type of charge?
